Tell us which question to answer
Send your P&L and one menu. We will tell you where we would look first — and and which stage of the backbone we would start from.
Four things, and only four
We ask for the minimum that supports an honest judgement. Sending more does not make the answer better; it makes it later.
- 01 Monthly P&L
The last 3 months if you have them. Even a rough one tells us which category broke.
- 02 One menu
A photo of the printed menu or the dish photos is enough. No need to send cost sheets yet.
- 03 Store basics
City, area in ㎡, number of covers, years open, whether the store is in a mall or on a street.
- 04 The question that keeps you up optional
One sentence. It is often different from the question you started with.
Four steps, no sales call
You send the material
P&L, menu, store basics. No fee, no registration.
We read the P&L and the menu
We locate the category of problem and the stage of the backbone we would enter from. This is a judgement, not a report.
We tell you where we would start
Including the answer "we would not start here". If a store should be closed, we will say that too.
You decide whether to go further
A diagnosis is useful on its own. If you want an engagement, we scope it against the same chain.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Is the diagnosis really free?
- Yes. There is no fee and no registration. It is a judgement on the material you send, and it is useful on its own.
- What do I need to send?
- A monthly P&L (the last 3 months if possible), one menu or a set of dish photos, and basic store facts such as city, area and covers.
- What if I do not have a clean P&L?
- Send what you have. A rough P&L still locates the category of problem. If it cannot, we will say what is missing.
- How long does it take to hear back?
- We reply in the order material arrives. If the queue is long we will tell you the expected time rather than let you wait silently.
- Will you tell me to close my store?
- We may. The store battle map reads out three dispositions — stop the loss, turn it around, scale the winner — and saying "close it" is part of the service.
